My methodology

The most important thing in any project is always to think about your own intentions first. Every single member of a group brings their own experiences, beliefs, and needs to the table. So let's find out together how we can connect in a playful way!

Wonderful initiatives such as the “Theatre of the Oppressed” have shown that even in the worst situations, we can enjoy taking action together. I work with a wide range of discrimination-critical approaches from theatre, social work, wilderness pedagogy, artivism, storytelling, and art education. This intersectional, colorful mix can reveal, for example, the great political transformative power that lies in the simple touch of tree bark and many other unexpected, sensual experiences...

Workshops about climate justice

Since decades the most renowned scientists have published countless studies showing how our ecosystem is at the brink of collapse. It feels overwhelming if we think about it. But what can each and everyone of us do in our small, limited field of action? How can we reclaim our agency in times when we feel helpless compared to multi-billion dollar coorperations and state actors? Let’s act together!

Workshops about multispecies storytelling

Have you ever thought about what you would ask an animal, if you could speak and understand their language? This may seem like a fantasy very difficult to come true, but when we open our eyes to what happens to animals in the food industry, it feels like there is no other option than to develop magical powers to be able to face the cruel reality. Let’s embrace our magical powers together!

Accessibility & inclusion supervision

When I started studying together with a wonderful deaf artist, it completely changed my life, seeing all the exclusions that I’ve never been confronted with before.

Being open to questioning our habits and unlearning our beliefs can be a heavy step for any project organizer. It seems like it challenges us to give up content and quality in the limited time we have, in favour of dedicating space to something we don’t even know if people will make use of.

But superficially hidden in accessibility lies the beauty of seeing the world from a totally new perspective and discovering connections, which we could have never imagined before. Building on top of this new understanding any project will be able to explore countless amazing layers of beauty and connectivity.

Moderation of educational formats and events

My moderation approach creates spaces that are participatory, respectful, and attentive to power dynamics. I establish clear agreements for interaction, prioritize mutual respect, and ensure that personal boundaries are recognized and upheld.

I facilitate dialogue that values diverse experiences and encourages critical reflection, while also balancing contributions so that all voices can be heard. By combining clear structures with flexibility, I guide discussions in a way that fosters both safety and openness, enabling participants to learn from one another.

Awareness supervision

In creating an aware space together I will facilitate developing collectively a clear structure based on care, visibility, and accountability that works in your specific context. My practice is rooted in the principle of definatory power (the affected person defines what happened) and partisanship (standing fully on the side of the affected person), ensuring trust and agency remain with them.

In the role of an awareness person during an event, I act proactively by being approachable, identifiable, and prepared to intervene when discriminatory or boundary-violating behavior occurs. I provide de-escalation, offer reflected, attentive and responsible spaces, withdrawal options and connect individuals to further professional support.

Curating & project management

I manage projects through a collective framework that actively questions and reshapes hierarchies. Responsibilities, budgets, and decision-making are shared among participants, fostering transparency and co-ownership at every stage. My role is to hold the structure together—organizing finances, logistics, and communication—while ensuring that all voices are heard and valued. By creating spaces for continuous reflection and self-critique, I support processes where collaboration, care, and shared responsibility take priority over top-down control.
